Safety and Emergency procedure

 

Tamil School Emergency Coordinators - Ballwin

1.Narayanan Narayanan (832-215-3117)

2.Ramki Somasundaram (314-737-8525)

 

    1. Tamil School safety Coordinator will Call 911.
    2. Tamil School safety Coordinator will Call the building systems @Daniel Boone  (314-575-3390).
    3. When the fire alarm triggered, Students should walk directly to designate exits in a quiet and orderly manner.
    4. Teachers and the students in the green room should use the emergency door inside the room and exit outside and follow instructions to the parking lot.
    5. Teachers and students in the red room/blue room should come out of the room into the hallway and exit using the hallway door and follow instructions to the parking lot. 
    6. Do not use elevators during a fire evacuation. 
    7. Teachers should notify the emergency coordinators of missing students. 
    8. Students and staff can return to the building when the all clear signal is given by official Tamil School coordinators.
    9. School Emergency coordinator can be identified with Orange hat (Narayanan Narayanan / orange coat (Ramki Somasundaram) during the incident.
    10. Students, teachers and parents advised to obey the commands from school emergency coordinators.

    1. Teachers and students in the green room should move to the Red room or Blue room in an orderly fashion.
    2. Teachers and students in the red room and Blue room should stay in the same room.
    3. Stay away from windows.
    4. DO NOT GO TO YOUR PARKED CAR.
    5. Teachers should notify the Emergency coordinators of missing students.
    6. Students and staff can return to the original place when the all clear signal is given by official emergency coordinators.
    7. School Emergency coordinator can be identified with orange hat (Narayanan Narayanan / orange coat (Ramki Somasundaram) during the incident.
    8. Students, teachers and parents advised to obey the commands from school emergency coordinators.
